Customer Experience Director – Directors

Hi, I'm Ellie, the Head of Customer Experience at Insite Energy and I've been at Insite for over 5 years now. My role focusses on all the different ways we can improve our residential customer journeys through all the different touch points, whether that be via direct comms, via our 'my insite' customer portal or our KURVE PAYG web-app. In my spare time I like going to the gym, football matches, and heading out to music concerts.
