Hi! I'm Lois, the People & Culture (P&C) Manager. 

It's my job to oversee everything employee related. The P&C team's mission is to optimise employee engagement, development, and well-being, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. 

When I'm not at my desk you'll find me on a dog walk with my husband and two spaniels or cozied up inside doing something creative.
